Our Transaction Completion and Escrow Services are utilised by clients across a diverse range of industries, from corporate transactions to the sale and purchase of maritime assets.

Our services allow buyers, sellers and brokers to focus on the core aspects of a transaction, taking comfort that funds and documentation have been securely pre-positioned and will be released promptly when required at completion / delivery.

Each transaction is allocated its own segregated client account, thereby ensuring the monies relating to that particular transaction remain separate, ring-fenced and shielded from funds relating to other transactions.

Our clients take additional assurance from the stringent professional and regulatory controls governing the holding of funds by The Law Society of Hong Kong and The Law Society of England and Wales.  Law firms are subject to controls that are significantly more comprehensive than those traditionally associated with unregulated client accounts.

We undertake full sanctions and anti-money laundering compliance exercises on each transaction, for the protection of all parties involved.
